Invite Shadia to speak

When I speak, I invite audiences into the stories that have shaped my understanding of faith, justice, and community. As a Palestinian lived theologian from Nazareth, I've spent 15 years working in peacebuilding and advocacy, particularly amplifying the voices of women and other minorities whose stories often go unheard. Through my journey—from studying at Hebrew University in Jerusalem to learning Indigenous theologies in Canada—I've discovered how different communities can speak with rather than about each other.

In my presentations, I weave together insights from my lived experience and the profound conversations that happen when we're willing to listen deeply across difference. I believe our most transformative learning happens when we create space for authentic dialogue about what it means to live faithfully in our complex world.
